Come Join the Team
It takes a team to scale and conquer new
heights, and joining Team Awesome is no
different! For any chapter or state, it takes
Daughters with different strengths and interests
– Daughters that are up for:
- exploring and searching for new
members
- assisting prospective members in climbing
their tree to become a Daughter
- educating and enlightening Daughters about
our wonderful organization
- reaching out to current Daughters to keep
them engaged and on the path
- promoting the development of future leaders
- cheering and guiding the team to greater
heights
How can you assist your chapter or state in
building and attaining one of the exciting levels
of Team Awesome?
Our Membership goals are based upon things we can
actually do something to improve – specifically,
the number of new members added by application and
the number of members dropped for non-payment of
dues. We cannot stop members from dying, moving
away, and most resignations, but we can try to
retain the members we have by staying in touch
with them all year around, and and by actively
working with the members whose dues are still
unpaid after the October chapter meeting. We will
not measure achievement during our term by net
membership increases, but instead by the number
and percentage of members dropped for non-payment
of dues and by the number and percentage of new
members gained by application.
