The Iowa Society DAR Service to America
Committee celebrates the Iowa chapter that has
the highest average volunteer hours per member
each year (as recorded via the NSDAR Service to
America Online Tally). Iowa members continuously
and unselfishly volunteer their time to
organizations and individuals. The Eugenia
Washington Traveling Tray will be awarded
annually to the qualifying chapter. The
presentation will take place during the ISDAR
State Conference. This tray was donated by Iowa
State Chaplain (2018-2020), Ellie Marie Senne,
Candle-Stick Chapter.
