  1. Providing training for members and chapters on current standards of verifying applications and supplemental applications
  2. Providing chapter registrars with assistance, support and training
  3. Providing direct assistance to chapters in need
  4. Providing virtual consultation and training to members on the completion of supplemental applications
  5. Assists with addressing AIR letters on supplemental applications
